Welcome to Local Lead Scout. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including the purchase and use of tokens for lead generation services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

1. Services Provided

1.1 Lead Generation

Local Lead Scout provides leads sourced directly from the Google Maps platform. Leads may include business name, address, phone number (if enriched/available), email (if enriched/available), and website (if enriched/available).

1.2 Lead Enrichment

Contact details such as phone, email or website are only included if they are enriched using tokens and available on the Google Maps platform at the time of lead generation.

1.3 Validity of Leads

All leads generated from Google Maps are considered valid, including those for businesses marked as "closed" or "permanently closed." You accept that lead information is based on the most current publicly available data from Google Maps.

2. Token Purchase and Usage

2.1 Token Purchase

Tokens are purchased to redeem leads through our platform. Prices and packages are displayed at checkout and are subject to change.

2.2 Token Validity

Tokens are valid for indefinitely from the date of purchase.

2.3 Non-Refundable Tokens

Tokens are non-refundable once purchased unless eligible for refund under Section 5 (Refund Policy).

Submit refund requests to support@localleadscout.com within 14 days of the issue. Include transaction details and the reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

4.3 Lead Dispute Resolution

Disputes about lead eligibility must be submitted within 7 days of lead delivery. Include details about the disputed lead and your reason for the dispute. If a lead is deemed invalid, a replacement lead or token credit will be issued.

Local Lead Scout reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity, misuse of tokens, or violation of these Terms. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for leads or tokens obtained through fraudulent or abusive actions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Local Lead Scout is not responsible for inaccuracies or changes in lead information sourced from Google Maps or websites. All leads are provided "as is" based on publicly available data at the time of generation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Lead Scout is not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or other damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

Local Lead Scout reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our platform, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
